What if proxy check fails?

Check whether the proxy expired, credentials are correct, whitelist is configured and protocol or port values are correct.

What if a profile cannot launch?

Check client version, network connection and system permissions. For team profiles, confirm member permissions.

Can one account share multiple profiles?

Not recommended. One business account should use one independent profile.

Why can a member not see a profile?

Ask an admin to review role, project grouping and profile authorization.
